As was the last time, my stay was comfortable and peaceful, having been supported by the friendly and caring hotel staff. I am convinced this was resulted from unswerving communication between the management and the staff. I've also witnessed that the culture of hospitality and caring trickled down to the interns who were learning what hospital services were. I can strongly recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to pay for what is worth paying.

In addition to comfort provided in the facility, all staff from receptionist, concierge, maintenance, to restaurant chef, are extremely helpful. Otherwise, I couldn't go to my destination, Kohima, under tight security situation and scarce means of transportation between two cities and couldn't enjoy Manipuri delight. It should be fair to state the names who supported me a lot, beyond calls of their duties, Mr. Atangba and Ms. Sanjita, thank you very much.

Excellent experience from checkin to checkout. Kind, thoughtful service from everyone at the hotel. Excellent checkin and checkout, smooth and fast. All staff, including reception, concierge, cleaning staff, restaurant and room service were professional, interested and welcoming. Lovely large rooms, exceptionally clean and well-serviced. Nice restaurant dining. Loved every minute of it, a wonderful hotel. Thank you.

The restaurant was very nice, and provided a wide variety of different dishes from local Manipuri classics to European cuisine and everything in between. The room was very clean and the daily laundry service was very very helpful.

Such a lovely stay. I loved the location of the hotel. There are some nice cafes around the hotel. One of my favorites was the Yum Yum Tangkhul Cafe which specializes in the Naga delicacy. There are other cafes around the hotel worth visiting such as Lulu Cafe and Bubbles Cafe. Lots of local shopping around. Family super market is walking distance from the hotel. The rooms were very clean and room service was done every day properly. Hotel staff are so friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was good too with a live omelette station and dosa station. The pool isn’t working during winter as it doesn’t have temperature control so keep that in mind. The hotel has a free billards table 🎱 the coffee shop is nice. And the food at the hotel is really nice too. This is truly one of the nicest places to live if you’re in Imphal looking to explore the city. Things to do while you’re there, you can head to Kangla for a nice walk or cycle while exploring the fort, LokTak lake is worth visiting. Try the local cuisine and if you’re open to exotic foods, you may be able to find one easily. Overall, Classic Grande is a great hotel and I have no doubt I’d be staying there again.

I am a regular guest of Classic group . Everything was very nice staying in this Property . Right from Rooms , Food , facilities lobby , just everything beautiful . I was also arranged a cab at a very short notice which helped me reach airport on time . My special thanks to front office for this timely help Over all my stay was made memorable by Mr.Amarjit , Mr.Gopeshwar & Mr.Sachidanand . Thanks to each one of you I highly appreciate your top service levels during my stay .
